  • Our custom gear sleeves are made to be an upgrade to the brass gear sleeve in many Penn reel models. All are Manufactured from 416, heat treated stainless steel. See below for specifics on each gear sleeve type.

     

    98-155

    A drop in replacement Gear Sleeve for Squidders and other small Penn Reels. Manufactured with 9 teeth and a fine pitch thread, so you will have to replace the star drag if you currently have a coarse thread sleeve.

    This 10 tooth gear sleeve is made to be a replacement for the brass gear sleeve (part no. 98-60) in the following Models: 49L, 60, 65, 66, 67, 68, 110, 111, 112, 112H, 113, 125, 149L, 185 Seaboy, 190(1990+), 267, 268, 285M, 309M, 500, 500S, 501.

     

    98-320

    This 10 tooth gear sleeve is made to be a replacement for the brass gear sleeve (part no. 98-320) in the following Models: 113H, 113HL, 113HLW, 113HSP,320GT, 320GT2, 320GT2LC, 330GT, 330GT2, 970, 980.
